Ingredients:
For the Crust:
2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
For the Dark Chocolate Mousse:
1 cup dark chocolate chips
1 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon sugar
For the Milk Chocolate Mousse:
1 cup milk chocolate chips
1 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon sugar
For the White Chocolate Mousse:
1 cup white chocolate chips
1 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon sugar
Instructions:
Prepare the Crust:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan or line it with parchment paper.
In a bowl, combine the chocolate cookie crumbs with the melted butter until well mixed.
Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
Bake for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and let it cool completely.
Make the Dark Chocolate Mousse:
In a heatproof bowl, melt the dark chocolate chips over a pot of simmering water (double boiler method) or in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Allow to cool slightly.
In a separate bowl, whip 1 cup of heavy cream with 1 tablespoon of sugar until soft peaks form.

Fold the melted white chocolate into the whipped cream until fully combined.
Spread the white chocolate mousse over the milk chocolate mousse layer.
