Dressing:
3 tangerines, juiced

Salad:
1 (10-ounce) package baby greens
½ cup chopped walnuts
⅓ cup crumbled feta cheese
2 tsp lemon zest
1 apple, cored and thinly sliced
1 avocado, peeled, pitted, and diced
Instructions:
To make the dressing, combine tangerine juice, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, lemon zest, and a pinch of salt in a container. Seal the container and shake well until everything is combined. In a large bowl, toss together the baby greens, chopped walnuts, crumbled feta, lemon zest, and thinly sliced apple. Drizzle with the prepared dressing and toss to coat evenly.
