Crispy fried fish

Ingredients

8 hake fillets

1 cup flour

1 cup amasi

1 tablespoon fish spice

1 cup cooking oil for frying

Method

  • Mix flour with fish spice, coat your fish with flour then dunk your fish to amasi then back to flour then set it aside. Heat your oil shouldn’t be too hot then fry your fish till golden brown cooked and flaky.
