3 cups dry macaroni
4 tbsp salted butter
2 cans (12 oz/370 ml) evaporated milk
1/3 cup milk of choice
2 large eggs
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
4 c cheddar cheese
2 cups mozzarella cheese, grated
1 tsp paprika
How to make
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add salt and macaroni and cook until al dente.
Drain and return to the pot.
Add the butter and stir until the butter is melted. Put aside.
In a large bowl, mix evaporated milk, milk, eggs also garlic salt to well blended.
In a separate bowl, combine the cheeses.
Preheat oven 375°F. Lightly spray a 9×13 inch baking dish.
Layer 1/3 of macaroni, then 1/3 of the cheese.
Repeat with rest macaroni also cheese mixture.
Pour the milk mix on it. Sprinkling paprika ontop.
Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 min
