This fudge is a great way to impress someone with a gift that only takes a few minutes to put together. I can’t think of anyone who loves peanut butter who wouldn’t be thrilled to receive a box full of it over the holidays.
*Ingredients
°1 cup sugar
°2 tablespoons butter
°1/3 c milk
°1 c peanut butter
*How to Make
Placing sugar, butter and milk in mixing bowl. Microwave 3 minutes on high power. Take out ingredients and mix with a hand blender to mixed. Microwave other 31 seconds, adding peanut butter & mix by hand. Sprinkle over an 8X8 pan lined with foil. Let cool and chop
