What will you need!
°1/2 c sour cream or plain yogurt
°1 to large tomato
°2 slices of onion (slice like onion rings)
°2-4 teaspoons of lemon juice
°1/2 – 3/4 teaspoon dill
°a pinch of salt
*How to make it :
Peel the cucumbers and cut them into slices, chop the tomatoes into slices, and chop the onions into slices. I like to cut onions into quarters because they are easier to eat.
In a bowl, combine dill and salt.
Add sour cream or yogurt and lemon juice to taste. Mix well.
Add the onions, cucumbers and tomatoes to the mixture and stir until the vegetables are covered with the sauce
