°1 package (16 ounces) Barilla pasta, uncooked in rotini
°1 jar (25 ounces) marinara sauce
°3 cups of water
°1 pack (14 ounces) fully cooked mini meatballs (cocktail size) (if use frozen meatballs, be sure to thaw totally before using)
°2 c grated Kraft cheese (or Italian blend)
+Optional: Parmesan cheese & chopped fresh herbs (such as basil, oregano, or parsley)

  1. Drives me crazy when people use spaghetti sauce from a jar when it takes 2 minutes to make it from scratch. 1 can of tomatoes 28 ounces. a little olive oil, a little garlic powder, onion powder, and oregano. stir and cook 10-15 minutes. I use a potato masher to crush the tomatos.
