Hobo Casserole


1 pound of lean ground beef
1 onion, chopped
4 Russet potatoes, peeled and cut into slices
8 ounces of cheddar cheese, shredded
1 can (10 ounces) of cream of potato soup
1 can (10 ounces) of cream of chicken soup
1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
¼ cup milk
1 teaspoon of Creole seasoning
⅓ cup of fried onions


Preheat the oven to 350°F.
In a cast iron or oven-safe skillet, cook the lean ground beef over medium heat until browned. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Add the diced onion to the skillet and cook until it becomes translucent.
