° cup (80g) melted butter
• 4 large ripe bananas, mashed (12 to 14½ cups)
° caster sugar

° 1 tsp vanilla
• 1½ c (186 grams) all-purpose flour
• 1 tsp baking soda
° 1 tsp of baking powder
• 1/2 tsp salt
Preheat oven 350 degrees F. Preparing an 8″ x 4″ loaf pan by spray it with nonstick spray.
Melt the butter and let cool.
In bowl, mash bananas with a fork.)
Adding butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Mixing well.
Adding flour, baking soda, baking powder also salt and mix until combined.
Pour mix to prepared loaf pan.
Baking for 45 minutes. (Cover with foil if browning too quickly.)
Baking for an additional 15 to 20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out of the crumbs, but not the soggy mix.
