°4 boneless chicken breasts, cut into 1 piece
°1 cup cornstarch
°2 large eggs
°1/4 cup vegetable oil
°1/2 cup granulated sugar

°1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar

°1 tsp. garlic powder

Preheat oven to 325°F and line a 13″ x 9″ baking pan with parchment paper.
sit aside. Chicken breasts seasoned with salt and pepper.
Add the cornstarch to a large ziplock bag and add the chicken breast. Shake to cover.
In a shallow bowl, whisk the eggs together. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until sizzling.
Dip the chicken breasts into the eggs and add them to the skillet. Brown the chicken until golden and place in the prepared skillet.
In a medium bowl, combine sugar, ketchup, vinegar, soy sauce, garlic powder, and sea salt and whisk.
Pour over chicken and bake for 1 hour, flipping halfway through.
Served with rice.
